What if Cake Like Lady Gaga was a ARTPOP Song?

That sounds so good! I hoped CAKE would be on ARTPOP but I guess she was saving it for the app/Act II?

I was hopeful when she performed it a couple of times at the artRAVE.. but yeah nothing came out of it sadly.

Did you make this? Is there a full version?

Gaga didn't even write the lyrics. It was some random guy who wrote it on twitter i believe for a contest set up by DJ White Shadow and then Gaga just happened to record it.

I won’t stand for this blasphemy. Gaga and White Shadow wrote Cake Like Lady Gaga and Gaga along with Zedd wrote the Stache lyrics.

If I remember correctly, Tara and White Shadow hosted a contest + gave fans one hour to rap over the beat, then the winner was recorded in a pitched down vocal, which turned out to be Gaga.

I remember, while researching ARTPOP-era news, that DJWS claimed he and Gaga made a reworked version of Cake, separate from the original and Mugler versions, in 2013. Maybe that's what was used for tour? Idk.
