Ellie Goulding has just put out an album trailer for her 5th studio album Higher Than Heaven. 

She dipped off quite a bit with Delirium and Brightest Blue, but this sounds amazing, and the visuals are stunning! It appears to be a surprise album with a few visuals. 

The next single is titled 'Let It Die." Out now!

Yeah her last couple albums have been genuinely dull. This sounds rather good, like Halcyon 2. When is the album expected?

I like all of her projects! I personally prefer lights over the brightest blue, for sentimental reasons, but it's easily above Delirium. She just dipped off the radar quite a bit, and her team/label is TERRIBLE at an album rollout cycle and even worse at picking singles. I think she is just kind of throwing all of that away and dropping the album this time.

Delirium's Let It Die was an album highlight. I love that folky sound. Kind of wish it was not part of the target deluxe and was an actual album track. Or Better yet, she should have just done an entire album in that sound along with Lost and Found.

100% agree! Also Two Years Ago was a top three EG song for me when it came out. This used to be a trend with artists releasing divine tracks as exclusive edition tracks only. Look at Adele’s 25 target tracks or both Rina’s Sawayama and HTG Japanese edition tracks

I really liked Brightest Blue. It was obvious that the mediocre radio singles were a label compromise as they were literally tacked onto it as a second disc. The main record was really good though.
