You have to also give consideration on how it feels being in Ukraine and even more so governing it through this. All negotiations so far have yielded no results. Putin does not listen or care. They have ruined their country.

Putin has shown time and time again that his "negotiations" are little more than a stalling tactic. This statement is not something that the Ukrainians are committing to, it's a reality that they have to embrace.

Putin won't follow any negotiation deals anyway. Negotiating a deal with Putin is like delaying disaster as per usual.

At this rate they won't have to wait long for a new leader. I really think that a coup/change is likely to happen, the only question is will the replacement be better or worse
