Dua is a bit of a ridiculous suggestion; I feel like nobody cared that deeply about her music until Future Nostalgia, and that's not enough to go to the SuperBowl. 

Miley makes the most sense to me; she has a good catalog of hits. Easy selection: 7 Things, Can't Be Tamed, Midnight Sky, Party in the USA, See You Again, The Climb, We Can't Stop, Wrecking Ball. If she were up for it, Nobody's Perfect would probably make for a viral Twitter moment.

She has just enough hits to fill a show, and I could see the NFL asking her cuz she’s been so big the last few years even though she’s not a legend, but I think it’d be smart of her to decline no matter what. Far too early in her career. I personally thought it was a bit too early when Katy and Gaga did it. It’s not really the case with Katy, but Gaga’s had two #1s since her show that 100% would have been performed if she were doing SB this year. Much of Gaga’s current reputation has been built post-ASIB, and I really wonder how much crazier reception for her SB show would’ve been if she had done it 2022/2023.
 

Since the Super Bowl is, at its core, a marketing opportunity, I think it makes the most sense for artists to wait as long as possible to perform to, number one, truly summarize and establish their legacy, and number two, make sure they take full advantage of the opportunity. Would Dua benefit in any meaningful way by getting a boost for just two albums, especially when one of them is so fresh in the public consciousness?

Hard disagree. It's ok to not like her style however you can't say she hasn't had any impact on the GP.
