Pink, Shania Twain, Celine Dion, Adele, Avril Lavigne etc all could do it before someone like Dua. Even Ariana is more deserving right now tbh If they want someone young, Miley is the best option. Should have at least a decade of public presence before being considered. Her debut album didn’t come out till 2017. She only has two albums out atm. Ariana would be suitable, but she will be filming Wicked at the time. Miley would be a great choice, she's an amazing live performer, is a household name, has a string of well known hits, and is expected to release a new album next year. Because artists always see a big jump in their catalog sales after doing SB, she doesn’t want her scooter-stolen records to grab those coins after she performs.
