I think it is hard drug use. Either crack or meth. There probably is some form of mental illness too that lead her to use it but the erratic behavior looks like drug aftermath. We’ll probably never know 100% though. This is the kind of thing PR teams try to hide if they can. They’ll probably focus solely on the mental health part if they address it.

Oh dear, I hope she got caught in a wrong moment. 
If she has any mental or a addiction problems I hope she seeks help and at least talk to someone with helpful intentions to help herself. 

It's always good to talk it out instead of trying to fill in the void or trying to forget something with substances. If you have to try it always keep in mind that junkie lifestyle is not a lifestyle that you want and keep it as something you do once in a while to let yourself go all crazy. Also, there are other things that can produce the same feeling of excitement, love and fulfilment that are not easily addictive but are much more productive and durable.

Sounds like drugs. I think her mum has bipolar though which is a very hereditary, almost entirely biological mental illness. Always possible she has it too and is going through mania?

I used to like her, but got to realize she’s mostly an attention-seeker and a bit of a fame *****.

It’s pretty obvious she’s having personal issues and wish her the best.

EDIT: my post was initially longer and I realize it’s now coming across the wrong way. I had an interaction with her a few years ago that left me puzzled, and I’ve rarely heard good things about her which leads me to believe she’s only being nice to fellow celebs or to people she can get something from. I thought I was merely stating facts but maybe something got lost in translation here and I should have elaborated more so it didn’t seem like a gratuitous insult. Me not liking her vibe anymore doesn’t mean I don’t wish the best for her, especially since I’ve had my own battles with mental health and can definitely empathize. Hope that clears it up a bit.

Possibly. If she does have any underlying mental health issues, doing drugs will no doubt amplify it.

She looks very manic to me in the video, it could be her deep in a mental episode and not medicated.
