Even if that were the case it shows a lack of awareness. I'm sure her team knows what's been said by her past employees and what's been posted online. The optics from her just aren't appropriate merely due to the fact anything you post on social media is interpreted and digested by the public, especially fans who know of the situation.

We dont know what the issues are aside from rumors and what little the dancers posted. 

They're not on her payroll. They're gig workers. They didn't just clock out and quit. They would have simply not picked up the contracts for the tour.
