And she probably does. 

BR & ROM’s demos clearly went through many structural changes and the demos sound different from the original. I’m sure if she invested and polished them, they would.

Gaga said herself “Onion Girl, In Like With You” were so good, and DJWS said many were close to being completed.

Unreleased tracks are always a mystery, especially when it comes to your favorite artist so of course one wants to hear them. In the case of ARTPOP Act 2, the thing about this album is that it was mostly finished (and if we really go there, she said she played Act 2 when she was with her friends and that there was enough material for an Act 3 if she wanted) and Gaga actually had plans to release it back then. This is not like "the original LG5" or "DJWS' LG6" where it's just early concepts or sessions an artist has with several producers to try to find the sound they're going for. Gaga worked with RedOne and the best thing she got was Angel Down, which she then took to Mark Ronson and they worked on the sound of Joanne. The demos they worked on were obviously not Bad Romances or Judas songs, there's always scrapped material with every album that is made.

So like I said, Act 2 would've been released if there hadn't been so much drama behind the scenes. That's why some of us are curious to hear those songs. I also want to say that if Gaga once and for all says "I'm not going to release that because my mind is no longer there" then I'd understand it and move on. Chromatica is my favorite album she has done since Born This Way and I trust whatever she decides to work on after this. If I had to pick, I'd rather have a Volume 2 of Chromatica or more to that side of music. ARTPOP is messy and it was fun but if the best they got was Manicure, Donatella, Fashion! and Jewels N' Drugs then we're not missing that much.

People here are also saying she should "finish" Brooklyn Nights. I can just see the amount of new threads if she ever does that with comments like "HMmm thE deMO wAS So MuCH bEttER".

Lol 1 of 90 tracks bud. Have you heard the Manicure demo? Same vibe as Hallelujah and the finished version didn’t include any of that. Demo for a reason, but still has potential.
