Great news, I didn't think her last album was good enough to be a fitting send-off. It's so sad that she thought she had to leave her career which she enjoyed because of other people's attitudes towards it. You must never let anyone tarnish the things that make you happy. Only problem is, is there a market for her music now? The last album, promotion or not, did terrible, it barely charted anywhere, even though she did a direct follow-up to the highly successful Kream video. But then, artists still make crazy money for songs that didn't so much as hit top 40, the streaming game makes it that way nowadays.

We all knew that "retirement" was just a way to get her last album to do well which it did not. It bombed lol. It was also out of clear frustration. Like she was upset her ish was not charting which is understandable because she legit released BOPS and funded her own music videos which were all visually pleasant for an artist who funds their own ish. I love Iggy and I hope she finally gets to make a comeback. I feel like a lot of the GP who used to hate on her are sort of open to the idea of her making a comeback again...a lot of ppl are pointing out how the world's backlash towards her was sort of unfair. Sure she was an Aussi with a fake blaccent and she did make that disgusting mistake of rapping that one controversial line BUT I think she's paid her time and she was sincerely sorry for that lyric. I think the public will be open to her this time around if she releases an undeniable BOP again. Let's hope so!
