Do you think Gaga will continue performing Chromatica in the future?

So I was thinking today about how Gaga doesn't really like performing ARTPOP or Joanne and it made me wonder. Both albums were really hard for her to create, ARTPOP because she was abandoned and Joanne because she failed to "fix" her father. Personally, I think that since Chromatica was a hard album for Gaga to create, maybe she'll just do Rain On Me. Or even Babylon because it's not about her depression and it's a fan favorite. But I really can't see her performing Replay or any other song ever again.

She'll probably only do RoM in future tours. And perhaps 1 more song like 911.

considering ARTPOP and joanne tracks were present at coachella and enigma, i don't think she hates it as much as we assume

album tours are always going to prioritise the monster hits and the current album, we'll probably get some ARTPOP and joanne at the new vegas show

chromatica will probably get the same treatment, we'll see the album songs sprinkled across tours

That's what's confusing tho, I don't get why she did fan favorites for coachella and enigma that attracted mostly locals in comparison to a tour where 90% there is fans.

Well ENIGMA was a greatest hits show so she was able to fit them in there and with Coachella it's a festival show so I don't think she need to have all of her hits in the show (just the big ones: JD, PK, LG, BR, Telephone, Alejandro, BTW, TEOG, Million Reasons. Two are missing which are Applause (in an interlude) and Paparazzi).

I don't think she doesn't like performing songs from ARTPOP or Joanne at all. She performed several ARTPOP songs at Coachella and on The Joanne Tour, and she performed ARTPOP and Joanne songs at Enigma.

I think it's just a case of she can't possibly fit in every song from every album in each of her setlists. When you are an artist like her with so many hits and fan favorites and such a large catalogue of music, there are always going to be songs that don't make it onto the setlist. There will always be fans hoping to hear Venus, or Sexxx Dreams, or Aura, or Applause etc but the reality is that they won't appear on every setlist of her career. All artists like her such as Madonna and Britney have also had to cut some of their biggest hits and lead singles from their setlists because they have so many songs.

Joanne is tough because it’s sonically so different from the rest of her work. Obviously Million Reasons can go in any piano section, but there’s a lot of competition these days for Gaga’s piano section considering it’s usually only around 3 songs. 
I’d love to see Diamond Heart, John Wayne, or Dancin in Circles in the revamped Vegas show however.

^^^completely agree. There’s no way you could’ve gotten me to believe she’d perform Monster so many years later.

I’ve always believed ARTPOP as a “drug” to get through the pain, meanwhile Chromatica was more like “treatment” of her pain…hence there’s a much more positive connotation with Chromatica, so I believe she’d perform songs from it more often in the future…at least Stupid Love and ROM…maybe 911. Joanne on the other hand…I’m shocked she isn’t performing Million Reasons every chance she gets. 😂 Might not see as much spotlight since it’s so sonically different.

ROM must be a permanent placement by now on her song list since it is popular. Other songs, who knows? When she feels like it, probably?

I think the main reason she didn't perform either ARTPOP or Joanne is because none of these albums spawned any mega hits. I doubt she'll perform much of Chromatica on the next album cycle - sure Rain on Me went #1, but I don't feel like it made much of an impact in the long run. 911 and Replay could be future deep cuts.

I think fans get a bit pedantic with all this “it’s just too painful for her to perform this music” and it’s a little demeaning. She is a strong woman and wrote and recorded these songs knowing she would perform them in the future. Stop trying to psycho analyze her and acting like she’d have a full break down if she heard a song from Joanne or ARTPOP. She literally broke her hip and had to cancel several BTW Ball dates and rethink her career, but we don’t pretend that’s a tough album for her. 
 

I’m sure she has favorites she leans toward that impact set lists and also likes to include songs that were best received by the GP, hence the permanence of Just Dance, Bad Romance, Poker Face, and LoveGame. She just doesn’t have room in the set list to promote the most recent album plus songs from all the others.

All of her latest tours have had at least one surprising deep cut. ENIGMA had "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" and "The Fame", Joanne World Tour had "Bloody Mary", the Roseland Ballroom shows had "Black Jesus" and "Monster".

So "Monster" being performed currently didn't really shock me and I could imagine a Chromatica fan favorite making the cut in a future tour - I'm heavily rooting for a 911/Heavy Metal Lover moment.

Besides ROM, I can see Sour Candy making appearences in the future. It's her most streamed non single, clearly a popular song among fans and had a killer performance on tour. Perfect upbeat, choreo driven song to replace something like Love Game / Telephone. 

If not SC, then I can see a track like Babylon or Replay getting the Scheisse treatment
