RodeckDanny 2,450
So I read the 10 pages, and I must say that we should be happy with the setlist... We'll never get all we want cause there's too many songs but including Monster is such a present, for example. The ONLY thing I would beg her to change, is changing Hold My Hand as the final song??? It just feels so out of Chromatica, it's a movie song and us monsters hardly resonated with it...Ā Marry The Night, Babylon, RoM, idk something else? even Million Reasons would do the job betterĀ Listen to my debut pop single 'Want You Bad'! Sneaky Oliver 22,219
The show is about that moment when you take a look at who you are inside and you discover a lot of pain, trauma; darkness. She tweeted that Chromatica means battling for your life. Itās not about where weāre going. Not the āhealing placeā, but the fight against your demons, against the darkness thatās inside of you.Ā Ā Thatās what the stage reflects. Itās big, dark, raw, it has this harsh and cold look about it, itās that striking feeling of being scared of your own self once you face it. Itās not about the fantasy or the dream, itās about how hard reality can beĀ Ā Edit: also having the brain as the symbol of the tour and present on the merch, it completely makes sense with what I said, itās all about the darkness inside your mindĀ

Donatellah 2,116
Just because she released more than 5 albums doesn't mean she's only able to play tracks of few eras. She could've swap 1 out of the 4 TFM tracks for at least ONE of ARTPOP (Applause, obviously, or Venus, but sadly that one is not realistic), or even for one of Joanne that is not Million Reasons. That setlost is disappointing because they wanted it to be like that.Ā By the way, didn't DJWS admit Venus was Gaga's sad anthem? ARTPOP for sure was a traumatic period for Gaga's life, but Venus, apart of matching better than certain tracks of that setlost, it's a therapeutic track for Gaga.Ā And for those who think both ARTPOP and Joanne don't fit on Chromatica's aesthetic or whatever, so does LoveGame (for instance). We have seats in the very back left ON THE FLOOR, so do you think we'll still be able to see everything? People are saying there were no screens of her... As long as your seats are not close to the stage you will have a perfect view. There we 2 massive screens (that block the view for a lot of people in the golden circle and in the seats close to the sides of the stage) but they show her on the screen mixed with artistic shots and the audience. According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch

ChromaticEnigma 8
I found the show cool and I honestly loved everything, but I'd like some changes. Gaga should shorten songs so she can be able to perform more songs. I'm pretty sure 911 was the only song that was shortened. I'm also kinda unsatisfied with how she skipped 5 Chromatica songs (Plastic Doll, Sine from Above, 1000 Doves, Fun Tonight, Love Me Right). I just feel like the show would be much more complete with the full album like how BTWB had the entire album performed (with The Queen being added later on). The setlist is kinda weird. First you start off the show with the hits, then Chromatica I, Chromatica II, Chromatica III, 2 piano acts back to back, and then SL, ROM, and HMH. It's like you start off on Earth, travel to Chromatica, and then suddenly your Chromatica trip ends at Free Woman, with a bunch of ballads afterwards. The acts should be spread out more evenly tbh. And finally, the wig. I find nothing wrong with the wig, I actually think it suits act 1 but after that, I just don't see the vision. Don't get me wrong because I actually do love the wig, but it doesn't really scream Chromatica. It's not long and it's not colorful either. And finally, audience interactions. I get Gaga must be very nervous since this is her first time doing a pop show in a very long time, but she just seemed very off. It felt like the show was very unfinished, me and my friends felt like the show was unfinished with the way certain aspects of the show were never used during the actual show. Examples: My friends saw a harness on the right screen during the act 4 interlude on the livestreams but it was never used. Alejandro was rehearsed but not performed In stage pictures that leaked before doors opened today, there were 2 different visuals that weren't actually used during the show. (Red grid + Gaga head statue scan) The absense of keytars??? She literally has never NOT used a keytar for a tour before Other than that, I really loved the show. She did a great job Bhæbæ lhovz to danc~ lovz tu danc in th dhæairæk!...~
KubaM316 13,611
Ok so... first of all: the show was AMAZING The first few minutes reminded me of The Monster Ball - there was just something about it. It was dark. It was heavy. It was DarkGa. I don't know. It just had it's own vibe and that weird feeling that I can't explain and don't know how to describe it. And then the biggest shock ever: Bad Romance as the opening song. what But after all I think I understand why Gaga opened the show with this, Just Dance and Poker Face. Also at first it felt really weird and out of placeĀ that Alice was followed by Replay, but now when I think about it - it kinda makes sense for me. (after those few tweets I thought we'd actually see her perform with Ariana, Beyonce, BLACKPINK... but I don't blame her for this one.) Like many of you said: the show felt rushed and at through the first half it feltĀ short UNTIL the IV act - which was the last thing I expected, to be honest. Then it all slowed down a bit (especially duringĀ Enigma) and it was fine, but still - 20 tracks (without the interludes)? I'm so over theseĀ 22-24 songs long setlists. I understand the show can't last the whole night but C'MON. I was really hoping the setlist would be more similar to the Chromatica tracklist and that there would be some storyline behind it. I was expecting her to have more interactions with fans and be more talkative, like at The Monster Ball Tour or ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball. Even at The Born This Way Ball we got the speech after Bad Romance AND EVEN EARLIER after Highway Unicorn (yes I know this one was prerecorded BUT STILL). I likeĀ the fact we got Monster but... Paparazzi? Alejandro? Scheisse? And no songs from both ARTPOP and Joanne? I was also hoping that ALL songs from Chromatica would be performed. I understand Plastic Doll I understand Fun Tonight I understand 1000 Doves BUT NO SINE FROM ABOVE??? That was the last thing I could expect from Gaga to do. Why did she put Babylon after Chromatica III? Why not Sine From Above? WHY? And the show ending with Hold My Hand... I see why decided to do this, but it only made the whole thing feel incomplete. But overall it wasn't aĀ disaster (at least for me). The visuals were gorgeous. The production was the best you could ever imagine. The stage was HUGE, but it seemed like they missed it potential. She didn't even use the runways that much, but I liked that idea with going to the stage B during Free Woman. And the box... let's not talk about it. The architecture and aesthetics were really something, but honestly I expected something... more Chromatica-ish? The outfits were top tier - especially those from I and II act. Simply AMAZING. The vocals were just on point (as always) I also loved her speech before Always Remember Us This Way And the energy during Enigma - that was it. That's what I'm living for. The show really served the budget. Gaga did a reallyĀ great job. And the most importantĀ - sheĀ seemed happy. AndĀ it was fun. I don't know what else I could say. Even though it wasn't perfect (or at least what we imagine a perfect Gaga show would be alike) I still love it. Edit: Does anyone else smell concrete during Bad Romance?
