Regina George 59,387
Such a questionable statement that makes you think what else is in her thoughts especially since she mentioned she came from Cuba… I don’t understand why would anyone say something like this because it’s truly not it even if you say that now you changed your opinion. weed 73,935
omg @ Jamie's dad starring in a movie with Marilyn, crazy. I think it's def problematic associating where someone comes from with being unsophisticated but she says "with embarrassment" so, idk. She compliments her the rest of the interview
Wixson 5,004
Jamie Lee Curtis is iconic and I always wanted to like her because of her work, but every time I see screenshots of her Instagram posts or hear her speak I just want to stab myself. holy scheisse 22,275
Unsurprisingly she has racist thoughts about Cubans. She’s a white baby boomer raised during the Cold War lol. idk the context of this quote but she seems ashamed of those initial thoughts… also she’s modeling to other white people, and racist people in general, that there will be snap judgments and stereotypes and nasty thoughts you need to unlearn. That’s part of the very real process of doing better!

Mother of Puppies 36,456
That's a really dumb statement... what tf does being from Cuba and being unsophisticated have to do with one other? THEY CALL ME LADY MOP
dit 46,483
Sophistication is a thing anyone can acquire from anywhere in the world This statement is so idiotic on so many levels. Some of the most sophisticated and layered women I have ever met came from war torn nations. Like I know this woman from Afghanistan who came as a refugee and she is just mesmerizing and a classy woman. I know of another friend of mine who is from Congo and she is so stylish and poised. You cannot buy class miss Jamie and clearly YOU lack it.

Guest
It's a weird thought process, so because you come from a country outside of the US, you are not sophisticated? And because you're not from the US, you are inexperienced? And you have dreams but because your country is different, it means you are not intelligent enough, not talented enough to make them come true? Wow, very weird way of thinking
