Olivia truly is a student of gen x alt girl pop rock and I absolutely can't wait to see what she does next.

So often when someone blows up like Olivia has they get sucked into the machine and start looking towards trends and lose sight of themselves. But it seems like Olivia is looking back at her legends and influences instead. It reminds me a LOT of Gaga back in the beginnings of her career... she was focused on celebrating and thanking the artists that shaped her, rather than getting in with the "it" crowd.
