I support people getting plastic surgeries too and even i will get a few procedures done once im done with college and am earning money.

But lying about it creates and perpetuates the stigma that is associated with plastic procedures. It helps some people including me help with their insecurities. 

Like i would love to change my nose shape and i do plan on getting a rhinoplasty but just thinking how others might call me fake or plastic makes me anxious

but that’s unfair to put the weight of that all on Kim K when she is just being a girl in a material world. Like she isn’t shy of botox and stuff, those people can have surgeries and stuff. no one is stopping them

I don't think there's anything wrong with cosmetic procedures per say... But I do think the high prominence of it that is then thrown in our faces by entertainment bizz is a bit problematic tho

 

Everyday ppl are influenced by celebrities and made to feel ugly or inadequate cuz the typical person is not as attractive as actors or singers or models.

 

The average person also can't afford beauty enhancement procedures as easily

 

There's nothing morally wrong IMO with plastic surgeries or other procedures but their very high prominence in entertainment definitely can make some feel like crap about themselves
