It's so weird how dramatic the Kardashian changes are, yet they want us to believe they had little to no cosmetic surgery. 

This is like when Kylie said she just went through "puberty" when referring to her body.

because a lot of girls look up to her and think that drinking lemon water in the morning and starving will make them look like Kim, definitely not plastic surgery and lots of money. she's a huge role model for a lot of women around the world, so she has to acknowledge stuff she does me thinks.
