Proposal of economic reconstruction of Ukraine made in Switzerland

According to the proposal, Ireland will help rebuild Rivne, Germany - Chernihiv, Canada - Sumy, Switzerland - Odesa, Norway - Kirovohkrad (all oblasts are 100% under Ukrainian control).

In terms of partially taken oblasts, US and Turkey are proposed to rebuild Kharkiv, Italy and Poland - Donetsk, Belgium - Mykolaiv, Austria - Zaporizhzhia and Netherlands and Sweden - Kherson

According to the proposal, Czech Republic, Finland and Sweden will help bebuild Luhansk (which is, however 100% under Russian occupation).

Seems pointless to talk about this before the war is ended. Can't even tally the damage yet.

I think it's more about the gesture. Guess everybody is well aware that the actual destruction and necessary reconstruction isn't calculable yet.
