I remember places like Yellowknife (Canada's only city that far up north that is a bit bigger than a small town) sometimes in Summer on the hottest days hitting 27C to 29C I don't know that I've ever seen 30C and if it does on occasion reach it, it's for short periods of time like a day or two. I put that in title cuz the temperature was given as a range for the week.
