HelloBarbara

What’s your favourite Lana album closing track?

NOTE: I didn’t mean to leave DLMBM off the poll. I thought I put it in but it’s not there and when I edit it won’t let me add it.

Bel Air because I was obsessed with that song but also The Other Woman

I love how you conveniently left out Honeymoon because only a gnome could prefer DLMB Misunderstood. Anyway the album ends at Swan Song

Hope is a dangerous thing is one of the most devastating songs I’ve ever heard, but the “but I have it” moment gives it a message of hope. One time me and this boy I liked were driving around at night and I played this song, we looked at each other and we both had tears in our eyes(he had a history w depression so it rlly hit hard:messga:)

Didn’t actually mean to leave it off - I thought I put it in, but it’s not there.

Get Free!

I think it has the perfect closing track energy.

Maybe one of my favorite Lana songs in general, I love the lyric:

"There's no more chasing rainbows and hoping for an end to them
Their arches are illusions, solid at first glance
But then you try to touch them
There's nothing to hold on to"

Had to vote for three:

This is what makes us girls - I love the storytelling in this song and this is one of her first songs I've learned to love

Lucky ones -  This demo is EVERYTHING it makes me feel so happy and loved

Bel Air - Probably he most ethereal song in her biography, it's simply beautiful

As for others, I'm not a fan of any of them

I've been getting messages from my deep waters

Get Free is the best closer but the best SONG is (don't you dare come for me) Lucky Ones
