I Should Be So Lucky

Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi

Hand On Your Heart

I Wouldn’t Change A Thing

Step Back In Time

What Do I Have To Do

….skip Let’s Get To It…

Confide In Me

Did It Again

ALL of Light Years

ALL of Fever

I Believe In You (included in a compilation)

Giving You Up (included in a compilation)

Made Of Glass (GYU b-side)

Most of these are singles, so apologies if you’ve heard most of them. I have to say though Kylie really knew how to choose them. It gives you a good base to work from. :woohoo:

Her "Step Back In Time" collection is a great place to start. I find that fans always have extremely varied opinions on what her best albums are, so you should listen to a bit of everything.

Also, her tours are amazing ways to get to know her. I'd recommend Showgirl Homecoming, X Tour (my personal favourite), and Aphrodite Les Folies.

Legitimately buy/stream The Definitive Collection “Step Back In Time”

it covers a whole range of her stuff from early to just before Disco. She’s great. Pour yourself a Daquiri and dance away queen

They're all good but Fever, Body Language, Aphrodite and Disco would be the easiest to get into

@Dr Fudge I have remastered her entire discography including her bsides if you need, that would make the thing easier. Otherwise as others have said, the compilation Step Back in Time is a great way to discover more songs (that's how i did it 2 years ago) as it includes most of her hits pre-Disco.

Impossible Princess is my favorite Kylie album, though not really representative of her music overall, as it is quite experimental (the closest to that would be the Sleepwalker EP, which I also adore). Fever, Aphrodite and Disco closely follow it and are super accessible for newcomers.

Body Language, Light Years and X all have amazing tracks but also some filler ones. Still great albums though. I rank Golden and Kylie Minogue 94 after those, these 2 are fine albums by me but they have distinctive styles that some may not like (Golden is country-pop as you know while KM94 is made of typical 90's ballads and club music).

The other five albums are pretty polarizing. Kiss Me Once is a messy and overproduced album but it still has hidden gems. Then the PWL albums are my 4 least favorites. Rhythm of Love is my favorite of these simply because the singles are super strong. Let's Get to It closely follows, and feels like a less strong version of KM94. Some of the single edits are better than the album versions for this one and i'd recommend listening to these instead (once again i can send a link to that).

Kylie and especially Enjoy Yourself I almost never listen to besides some of the singles. The songs on these are super cheesy, the vocals aren't the best and overall she did much better later in her career.
