Twitter goes after a bunch of celebrities over Will Smith comment

Look...I feel like a lot of folks dramatically overreacted to what Will did to Chris. And I understand that a Black woman's hair is a sensitive issue. That said, I still believe Will handled the situation in a poor manner and people claiming it's beautiful are...wack. Not to mention he ruined Questlove's moment. Life is complicated...someone can f*ck up, others can overreact in their criticism of said f*ck up, and others attempt to sanitize said f*ck up instead of just going "welp, he made a mistake, but some of you need to chill."

All of that said, it's wild how insane twitter is right now. Outside of Judd Apatow, I really haven't seen much if any racism from celebrities or blue check marks (except for right wingers) towards Will over the incident. But anyone who says the tiniest critical thing is being dragged for filth, and some of the skeletons being exposed are legitimate but a lot are fake (yet going viral) or way, way out context. Zoe is the current target and they're dragging up quotes from her from 12 years ago....ones she has later said were wrong...not to mention some fake sh*t.

So when y'all wonder why celebrities (not just Gaga) up and quit or stay off social media...this sort of situation is why imo. And y'all better hope our favorite pop girlies-especially the yt ones-keep their mouths shut.

*Also they are just dragging random celebs (sometimes with fake info) that weren't even involved in the Will Smith info. People are going after Rob Pattinson for playing a racist character in a move...that's right, a film, not real life. TBH it seems weirdly unhealthy to hate celebrities that much...to fake sh*t or dig up 12 year old quotes....unless they are like a member of a neo-nazi group or a pedophile. Save that hate for politicians, not random entertainers, idk.

The Jaden thing is cringe asf-so I just saw the context and apparently she said something like he acted older and she had to remind herself she was 14. But apparently a lot of the other stuff is bs or out of context, at least in terms of the colorist quotes.
