I only know that both releases of the album Come On Over have different versions of songs. IT's completely disconected in some parts there are some qualities to the international version, it really is fuller and enchances well plus the choirs. Honestly it's a complete remix. Sometimes it's oversaturated with the vocals While the country is more chill and funky swingy plus goes soooo much better with the speaking melodic quality. plus the silences in between really fit. I'm surprised some of you never heard the American/country version, because it's what pops up first when you look it up on YouTube, and it's on her official channel, while the other version I had to search for.
