One is either changing professions or moving, the other is retiring (she's in her 60s). I can't imagine how this is going to affect the already high teacher shortage. My teacher friend is LGBT and he says he wouldn't feel safe anymore and that just adds fuel to his leaving the profession. You can't hide who you are, 11:59.
