I think they both really honored their relationship and Taylor draws inspiration from her personal experience without really calling her exes out. The stans, on the other hand, should really play down referencing anyone involved inĀ her stories and appreciate the art as something that inspire them instead of building up dramas everywhere. Taylor is more conscious of all this stuff thanĀ people think, she has always used the media this way for her benefit, not naming names but leaving enough and obvious clues for people to know who's about and to talk about it, she isĀ smart, she knows the type of art she puts out and the kind of reception the public and her fans have, yet she keeps doing it over and over again because it works for her to keep being relevant and sell her music more effectively, this is not an innocent "using musicĀ as diary"Ā at all, she feeds it and allows it, and she has to be more or less aware of it or maybe she really thinks there's no other way to do it for her.
