Surely this is enough to have him jailed, right?

Would this be considered illegal, even under the conservatorship? I mean, morally it’s absolutely f*d, but I don’t know US laws that well.

The fact that he did this to his own child. We all know what goes down in the bedroom and imagine someone listening to their child doing whatever in the bedroom? Wow. Imagine how creepy and ****ed up in the head you have to be to do this.

Disgusting.  I hope he will be held legally accountable for all his wrongdoings.

I live outside the space time continuum.

Under the federal Wiretap Act, it is illegal for any person to secretly record an oral, telephonic, or electronic communication that other parties to the communication reasonably expect to be private.

I'm assuming that applies here? Idk, it seems like a vague law so I'm not sure how strictly it's enforced. Like, screenshotting a private text and sharing it could potentially break this law :rip:

Edit: No, wait, this is specifically communication which bugging a room wouldn't apply to

Edit 2 :flop:

California Penal Code 632 PC prohibits eavesdropping, which is using an electronic amplifying or recording device to listen in on another person's confidential communication. The offense can be prosecuted as either a misdemeanor or a felony, and carries a maximum sentence of up to 3 years in jail.

There's state laws in California where Britney lives that prohibits bugging a room :tony:

Also, the wiretapping law DOES extend to recording audio without consent. That's why it's rare to ever find CCTV in any business with audio recording capabilities.

So lock him up :patrizia:

Disgusting man :patrizia:

You're stinky
