I mean...she's got a house but is she making payments on it or does she own it? Does her label cover costs with an artist allowance? There's no reason for her to take out a bank loan and pay it off monthly when she has the millions to just buy it mortgage free, and then also tie those millions up in assets etc... But that being said, I can tell she's definitely the kind to enjoy the lavish life and probably treats herself a lot to nice things like perfume, home decor, spa days, massages, the best food money can buy, crazy expensive fashion etc. And on top of that I'm sure she spends an insane amount on treatments/management for her fibromyalgia. I could also see her treating her family and friends a lot too. So she probably spends thousands upon thousands a month. That's just on her off days. If you count all the travel and other expenses that come along with her lifestyle when she's actively touring it would be insane (but how much of that comes out of her own pocket who knows) I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin. She most likely hasn’t paid for most of her wardrobe. The clothes are given to her by designers. I’m not sure who pays her assistants like Frederic and Sarah but I assume the “Lady Gaga” brand does it and Stephane gets a cash of her own. So I’m assuming she must spend (or has spent) over 30k-40k per month (for daily basis things, not including jet trips, buying cars, charity etc) . Most wealthy buyers actually do still take out loans in the US, since you can cover the mortgage with a cheap loan (at more or less 0% interest right now), use your "house money" to invest in other assets, and deduct the interest you pay on the mortgage from your income tax. So it really depends Even Mark Zuckerberg (who is considerably more wealthy than both Bey & J) took out a mortgage on a property recently.
