If you want people to see how talented she is when it comes to acting, then you'd want "basic" roles, because that's when you can truly see how talented someone is. It's a nice way to solidify her position in Hollywood, keep her name in people's minds, get experience, and take risks without having the spotlight in case something goes wrong. I think it would do wonders for her mental health, and it might give her the chance to reconnect with music again in a way she’s genuinely passionate about.
