also… blood pop was probably never at the v magazine shoot, and I doubt he paid much attention to it at all when the snippet came out, and the shoot was 3 years ago. Y’all really can’t hold him to that tbh

We have NEVER gotten a version other than the one from V-Magazine (in which they mix HL's instrumental with Bowie's samples).
I don't understand what your point is.
We have called it "Babylon Haus Labs" because the only official version we have obtained (not counting the album version) is the one with the HL instrumental (mixed with the Bowie samples).
It's simply too easy.

For not repeating the fact that BloodPop is the one who said 20 days ago that we were going to get the VMagazine version.
The excuse that "he didn't pay much attention to what he was replying to on Twitter" doesn't work for me.

I like the one on DoC, it’s not what we were expecting, but it’s not awful either. It definitely sounds like a song that wasn’t meant for an album release but instead used in a commercial which is actually kinda cool.

Maybe the expected version was partially his too and he refused to release it

No matter how lq you think they were, the snippets are distinctly different than the finished product. The snippets were what we wanted and blood said we would get it. Fans have the absolute right to be upset

it's so BAD 🤮 like i never understood the appeal of the "haus labs version" and why it was so hyped up. the bowie sample and harmonies are the only things that made it better and i still preferred the album version. this version is just....lifeless as fck

There are 2 videos and a leaked audio that prove it exists but sure... it's all made up and in our heads
