If you listen to the snippet the start is clearly the start of Fame. Interesting sidenote though: in thread that existed for about 1 minute earlier the OP posted a link to the full instrumental leak, and it was the one from months ago, BUT... my shazam picked it up as 'Babylon (Early Version) - Lady Gaga & Bloodpop' I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
