Has anyone else noticed Gaga focuses on jazz before her movies come out?

Makes sense tbh. Literally everyone loves JazzGa. It's Gaga at her best as a singer, even though I'm not that interested in the jazz classics.

Don't think so, just a bit of a coincidence. Mainly because the second Jazz Album has been in the pipeline for a while ever since Tony's situation became apparent last year.

Plus, lets be honest, Gaga and Co (Management) aren't the best at sticking to a schedule (no issues with that, she has to work at her own pace), and any such repetitions in history or aligning of the chakras in her scheduling are just serendipitous coincidences.

When did she focus on jazz during ASIB? Enigma and JAP were side by side and most shows were enigma.

I think that all the tributes to classic legends leading up to ASIB were a preparation for the more serious role, so that the older conservative generation of Academy voters notice her "serious" talent
