It's what someone else above said - the dominant version played on radio during that week is how they credit the artists.  The solo version was most played so they won't list him.  Unfortunately, I think the Hot 100 still lists DeBaby, likely because that version was still the most popular version overall (with streaming factored in).  I read the Hot 100 article from today and he's mentioned as co-artist in the article.
