I do understand the appeal of You And I somewhat and it somewhat has a storyline.

But John Wayne is too fast-paced with no clear direction imo. There's no story in it, just a collection of shots. It's like the Applause video but way worse.

I also like some of her long videos like Telephone and Paparazzi. Mainly because they tell a story and the length makes sense. In Marry The Night is also does. But with Alejandro it's unnecessary long imo and she went too far in it with the shock value for me.

I actually agree with you on this one, John Wayne makes no sense and hard to watch, because of all the action happening at the same time on a screen 

But Alejandro is still iconic tho
