Hey there everyone,

Thank you all so, SO much for your kind replies and everything you'd all suggested and offered as help, it means a lot to me for something as special to me as Tony.

I've had a really hard time coping with his retirement announcement for some reason, part of it I think has to do with my regret at having missed the 8/5/2021 show...I've been lucky enough to see him 6 times from 2015-2020, I got into Tony in 2015 when I was 19, and tried to see him as many times as possible since.

He's the final remaining singer from an era of singers that I admire and took so much inspiration from...Tony, Sammy Davis Jr., Sinatra, etc. were all such huge influences on me as a singer. So seeing his final concert was so important to me and I've kept it prominently in my mind ever since. It was just so expensive for those Radio City shows, and I figured since they hadn't cancelled his other shows that there must've been more.

I witnessed Tony's decline at the final shows I attended, which were from August-March 2020. He struggled a lot with the lyrics at every show, some far worse than others. When his diagnosis was announced in February I wasn't even remotely surprised, it was something I'd assumed based on the shows I saw, so I knew an end to his concert career was coming. Add to this, at his final concert before the two shows this month (on March 11, 2020), as soon as he entered the stage he took a tumble and fell before he could even begin singing. It was terrifying. I think I remember being so scared I teared up, obviously fearing that I'd just witnessed something devistating. Unbelievably, after a stage hand and his wife quickly helped him up and made sure he was ok, he gave us a big smile with his arms outstretched and did the whole show. I was supposed to see him again in a couple weeks. I had no idea it would be the last time I'd ever see him live again.

But I'm so grateful for every time I got to see him, and getting to be at his final solo show is still incredibly special and I'll cherish that memory forever. I'm thankful I had the foresight to record audio at all the shows that I attended...you can hear my audio of that final solo show on YouTube.

Anyway...sorry for my rambling. All of this to say this was extremely important to me and your alls kindness and help has meant the world to me, so thank you all so much. Again, this has been really hard for me to process so it's added a lot to my feeling of needing to find this. I've been coping by watching/listening to concert recordings and albums, and recorded a cover of one of my favorite songs of his that he did at all four of the final concerts I attended...and never missed a lyric, I remember tearing up at this song the final time that I saw him sing this, and so I wanted to sing it myself:

I'm really hoping I can find something. Thank you all again <3

Someone's selling the limited edition poster from this show on eBay and I've been debating over the past week whether or not to get it. They're charging $180 (so £130 for me) for one :bear:

Thank you for opening up about your love for Tony here. It's so nice to read through and your voice (just checking out your Youtube vids) is lovely

£43.68 shipping to the UK too :diane: :diane: :diane: :diane:

Perhaps wait a bit if you want it. When it is not selling after a few months, they usually get desperate :pole:

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I check every day to see how it's selling. Currently 8 sold, 7 left. :saladga: I don't *think* I can justify paying all of that money for a poster, but then I sit there and look at these nice frames and how amazing it would look on my wall and I'll be tempeted all over again... :laughga:

I think I'll wait it out!

This is all so beautifully written and it's so incredible that his music has such a deep connection! Cherish the times that you did get to see him live and just know that you'll have the memories that his music helped create forever
