Also I just checked he has 31,831,216 monthly listeners on Spotify and Gaga has 40,596,849 monthly listeners. Are we really living in a bubble where only Gaga, Dua, Ariana, Doja, Nicki and only this girls exist?

To the people saying he’s not relevant: Yes, yes he is, he literally just had a hit song very recently. Sad but true

He literally just had a song at No 3 on the hot 100 billboard in March and peaking at 26 worldwide

Go Crazy by Chris Brown & Young Thug

I don't like him (and probs nobody from GGD) but boy is still pretty relevant and known in the USA and outside.

But why?

Just so we understand how relevant he still is, he has 21.7 million subscribers on YouTube and Gaga has 20 millions.

He has 11,932,646,795 views on his YouTube channel and Gaga has 11,817,017,667 views.

How? How? How?!!!!!!!!!!!

People justify his music is still "good", so they selectively ignore his ugly personality traits and domestic abuse towards women :huntyga:

He's an amazing performer and dancer. He's quite the entertainer, too bad he has a spotty history. Hope he has received help for his anger issues.

I didn’t know he was? Although making a thread about why he’s relevant could arguably be keeping him relevant. :awkney:

He is not relevant, he is just around. Please don't confuse one with another. He still have a lot of blind female fans who supporting his career. But that is it. Not many media covers him anymore.

I hate to be that person, but it seems strange to hate someone who's victim publicly forgave them and has publicly advocated for their mental well-being. What he did was nasty, but we weren't there, and forgiveness takes a lot more work than hate does.

He's made a lot of bops for my generations childhood and his story brought domestic abuse to light for some of us for the first time. The entire situation was a learning experience for both of their fan bases. I don't think you have to forgive him, but to wish him harm or failure isn't productive. I've seen some of you forgive and defend objectively worse behavior. They were young, famous, and toxic.

Some men do evolve and grow from the abusers they were with support systems, and compassion..

we can't trap people in their mistakes. He's still human.

edit; I apologize profusely if this offends anyone. My mother dated a man for years who beat her and I when I was a toddler. I know this is a sensitive topic, this is just a mind frame I've worked through, and my opinion.

The thing is abusing Rihanna isn't the only thing he has done

He abused karruche, he doesn't respect women,  he is colourist,  he is sexist,  he is homophobic.

I'm not a fan of his, and I don't know about those accusations. Thanks for bringing them though. Should've looked a little more I guess. :kara:

Jewels n Drugs

Yall call anybody irrelevant if they dont make sugary pop music. His music is very popular among urban crowds but cant expect GGD to know about that.
