She can always pull a Britney and remix her songs if they start to sound dated.

I would be SO here for this

This song is a song written as a love song. There isn't anything in the lyrics that would lead to this constant idea of torture, assault, murder, death, fighting evil and so on.

Really??? "Shadow is burnt", "purple teardrops i cry", "chase you down until you love me", "we are plastic but we still have fun"....
This is clearly not written as a regular love song, there's a lot of lines that make you think that something is wrong here, in any case it would be a song about obsession rather than love.

What make the song genius is how you can interpret it in many ways because the lyrics are written in a very ambiguos and unsettling way, you don't really know who is speaking to whom, hence she has changed the meaning of it during her performances through the years and it still fits, she can sing it from the perspective of a obssesive fan or from the perspective of a superstar.
For me it is intended more as an abstract idea and a statement about fame culture, she wanted to represent a vicious cicle made not only by the paparazzi but also by the celebritie that succumbs to that destructive system.
Plus the production is very dark too, it has a weird drum pattern and some gothic arrangements, the synth lines are very unsettling too.

pussycat

She should skip Love game, Poker face, Just dance, Telephone and You and I for a while. They are not exciting anymore in liveshows imo every time i hear them its waiting for them to get out of the way

Not on the Chromatica ball tho, there are too little dates. Also not Enigma cause its a biggest hits show basically. Hopefully somewhere in the future

Jup and the Cherry pie thing, I read that she wrote that line because she’s allergic to cherries
