Well, anyone past 40.

Not all of them. Madonna, Cher and Sia have re-peaked after their 40's, just to name a couple.

First one that comes to mind for me is Nelly Furtado. She was literally one of the biggest pop stars on the planet in the mid-2000s and she basically dropped off the face of the Earth after the colossal flop that was Spirit Indestructible. I think she's still relevant in some Latin countries, could be wrong though.

Madonna kept her success, Cher really re-peaked and Sia peaked, she was basically an underground musician.

But what I meant is by industry standards, it's very rare for a woman to peak after her 40's, unless she looks very younger, and that goes for Hollywood actresses as well, we have a few actresses working past their 40's, but it's rare and they have a name already.

I am authistic, so don't be offended if I make a mess sometimes.

NYC Monster

Katy: Apparently a lot of her residency sold out quick? Her music does pretty terrible tho.

Carly Rae Jepsen

Marina (Sad to say)

Kesha (Also sad to say)

Ellie Goulding

Lana Del Rey (She's popular, yes, but she's nowhere near as big as she used to be. Chemtrails was a huge letdown)

Meghan Trainor

Christina didn't achieve legendary status like Britney imo

Oh really?  Let's look at the receipts since 2012 shall we:

-MDNA Tour grossed $305.2 million from 88 sold-out shows. It's 10th highest grossing tour of all time and is the second highest grossing tour by a female artist.

-Rebel Heart debuted at #2 on BB despite half the album leaking nearly four months prior to release.

-The Rebel Heart Tour grossed over $169.8 million

-In 2016 she won the Billboard Woman of the Year Award and gave an inspiring speech directed at the ageism and sexism she experiences on  a daily basis

-Madame X (one of the greatest albums she's ever done and her most critically acclaimed album since Confessions) debuted at #1 on BB, 37 years after her debut.

-And despite only playing in theatres across 10 cities, the Madame X Tour grossed $51 million

You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love.
