I feel like this is an unfair comparison because most people here don’t like the BTW cover  for some reason

but Chromatica is pure excellence, so that

Chromatica is absolutely stunning and shits all over the BTW cover.

That said, the Born This Way single cover would have done a great job too as the album cover. It's just as in your face, spiritual yet agressive as the album cover

I think that image represents the album really well.. that whole photoshoot is a nod to the music video for BTW which set up the era. It gives me punk/rock vibes. 
 

In my opinion, the motorbike/Gaga hybrid was horribly executed.. bad editing and HORRIFIC font..

Chromatica visuals are incredible and the album cover is god tier excellence but I am not the biggest fan of some of the looks in the videos (ROM & SL) or the Apple Music banners. Her best her best visual for this era so far for me:

 

 

The primordial ooze look for the Born This Way Collection is her best album cover.

It would have been Grace Jones level iconic as standard edition album art.

I love the standard one. 

I love the deluxe one as well. 

And the single cover? Easily the best single cover of all time to me, no other cover comes close to it in any way

I voted BTW, but I think Chromatica looks equally as good tbh. Like a colorful sister.

Maybe I'm missing something, but after Joanne and ASIB, the Chromatica aesthetic feels kinda random to me. The album artwork is beautiful. It's real eye candy. But the meaning behind everything (the entire shoot) is not really clear to me. Normally, and for example with the BTW album art, she would have explained about her inspiration and what she was trying to create, what it was about. Maybe I missed something (if I did, explain to me please), but with chromatica it just didn't feel as artistic as BTW, just very beautifully created. I'm not saying it's worse album art, but for this reason I like album art of BTW better.
