She's very open in interviews about wanting kids so I'm sure they have discussed being together long term. At least to establish that both of them want that kind of commitment with kids etc. I don't think Gaga is the type not to put all her cards on the table bc she doesn't want to waste her time with somebody who doesn't want kids or who is only after a fling. And if anything the last year will have speeded up that whole process bc they will know that they are truly compatible or not. They've probably spent as much time together in 15 months than her and Taylor did in 5 years together, between living in different states and her hectic schedule. Even if she announces it the minute she knows and she only has a few weeks of pregnancy she'd be delivering the baby by September/October and that again is not the end of the year.
