I really think with Gucci she is committed to showcasing her seriousness as an actress, releasing music with her name would diminish that. I’m not expecting music - but we do know she becomes heavily influenced and inspired when delving into characters. However, ASHotel didn’t bring music. If she did do a song, I would imagine it would be something that plays during the end credits, not during the movie scenes -- otherwise it might ruin the immersion for some, to have Gaga the actress in character and Gaga the singer doing different things at the same time. If it were a less serious film, maybe they could get away with an opening song, like a Bond theme song kicking off a 007 film.
