Britney: trying not to be so strong all the time and knowing it's ok to cry

Britney posted the following caption on her latest instagram post:

"On all accounts of the craziness the past year ... I feel like God’s tears have hit all of us with what the world has been through due to coronavirus !!! This new year should be a year of cleansing our inner selves with meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ … prayer 🙏🏼 ... any kind of hobby that brings joy 💃🏼 … and being conscious of what we put in our bodies as well 🥗 !!!  This all helps us to have a clear mind … body … spirit and offers so much more clarity in our everyday lives !!!!  This year I devote myself to lots of tea ☕️ and healing !!!! I’m working on allowing myself to not be so strong all the time and to know it’s ok to cry !!!! I pray for deep healing this year for all of us and I hope we can all inspire each other !!!! Again … BE KIND - PASS IT ON AMERICA 🌹🌹🌹!!!!"

I really dont understand how her Instagram operates, she doesn't run it but does she oversee it, does she have any input on the photos/captions, why don't her team pick up on these 'hints' and prevent them (everyone knows so it's unlikely they won't either).

It's just such a bizarre set-up. Our only peak into her life and its been so carefully curated by her father and co. that I've no idea what's what anymore.

It’s certainly heavily curated by someone. I wish she could just be free.

Omg. I wonder if this is in reference to the medications Jamie apparently forces her to take and how she wants to clear her mind and body of them.
