Would ARTPOPGa support AI?

Am I the only one who feels if AI was around in 2013/ARTPOP era Gaga would be supporting it and promoting it? 

ARTPOP era was meant to blend “technology and music” and she had some tech projects at the time like Volantis.

She would probably be saying stuff like “the artificial creation of my art created by AI is still a cultural representation of me” or some artsy statement like that

ARTPOP app would probably have a built in AI of sorts and be more than a GIF maker

Thoughts?

I mean while its been disappointing to see the AI usage this era, I'm gonna be honest. It's not surprising.
Gaga's the exact type of person to get carried away with it.

A lot of the people who bitch and moan about Gaga using AI clearly don't know the story of how she switched her live band to an automatic playback because they made a mistake during one of her sets. She has always embraced new technologies.

I don't think she'd use to make a music video for example but I think she'd find an interesting way to include it in some live performance and she'd include it in the ARTPOP app

Using this example (which I can find no evidence of being true) when she clearly uses a mix of studio instrumentation now and live instrumentation doesn’t really make any sense to me.

how is that in any way comparable to the problems created by generative AI?

Yep ofc. But Ai already existed at the time. There were already tools to produce robotized voices with real human’s voices. This is the technology used for vocaloids and Hatsune Miku for exemple.

Idk how she would use it, but since Ai will be now a part of our daily lives for an automatization of some tasks... I bet she would find a way to use it and not to reject it.

I think if AI had been introduced in 2013, the general reception of it would have been very different. We were all much more accepting of, and excited for new technologies. 

Since the ARTPOP era was intended to be a blending of art, pop culture and technology, I think she would have heavily embraced AI in that era

As much as we all want to believe she wouldn't invest in gen AI, I think we have to realize that she probably isn't as rigid about it as some people. Since the beginning of her career, she's embraced the intersection of art, music, and technology.

And whether she was consciously aware of it or not, she's used gen AI this era. It's not extensive, and I don't think she'd ever create something entirely out of AI, but I don't think she hates it either. She also regularly likes TikToks and edits with AI.

Then this kinda proves that ARTPOPGa would have definitely supported AI. Hatsune Miku was literally one of the supporting acts in the artRave: ARTPOP ball
