Shia denies assault allegation and wants FKA twigs to pay his legal costs

Shia LaBeouf's legal team has roundly denied every one of the claims brought by ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs in her lawsuit against the actor.

Twigs [Tahliah Barnett] sued LaBeouf  in December, claiming he sexually and physically assaulted and battered her, and knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

LaBeouf's legal team states that he "denies, generally and specifically, each and every allegation contained in [Barnett]'s Complaint, denies that [Barnett] has sustained any injury or loss by reason of any act or omission on the part of [LaBeouf], and denies that [Barnett] is entitled to any relief or damages whatsoever."

LaBeouf's lawyers deny that she suffered any damages or injuries from LaBeouf and asserts that her sexual battery claims should be dismissed because "none of the acts alleged were based on sex and/or the conduct was not sexual."

The answer ends with LaBeouf asking for judgement to be entered in his favor and for Barnett to be ordered to pay for his legal costs and "further relief as the Court may deem just and proper."

I mean of course he's denying it where it counts, in court. People are caught with blood under their nails and a body in their trunk and plead not guilty 

This is why so many victims of sexual and domestic abuse don't bother reporting. There is often very little evidence and they end up in a big expensive legal battle that's very difficult emotionally. Wishing FKA Twigs all the best.

What did he admit to? Admiting to something doesnt mean not admiting to something else is going back on his word (although it would make his word om such matters questionable)

This. Ive never been sexually harrased (at least to my knowledge) but if i was i probably wouldnt report it either

If he had any integrity he would take the L imo. He admitted to being abusive, so I think saying Twigs might be lying is a little messed up.
