She have full control of her team now after firing Troy, the favt she only sorrounds herself with people she likes says so much. She certainly wanna do this herself, as much as she wanna do Haus Labs. Otherwise, who would forced her to do this? Bobby? He wouldn't, fam. I don't think it is half heartedness, but she must be bummed out her planned out era were not able to be realized fully because of Covid-19. She must have feel a bit guilty too for taking a long time releasing it. Hence isn't much Chromatica promo to begin with.
