The director of National Intelligence and the secretary of defence have a little less than six months now to provide the congressional intelligence and armed services committees with an unclassified report about "unidentified aerial phenomena." That report must contain detailed analyses of UFO data and intelligence collected by the Office of Naval Intelligence, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and the FBI. But it genuinely didn't really act like any of aircraft i've seen before. To fly that low and be that quiet and be going as slow as it was, was insane. It was like a big black triangle that flew over me and my friend chilling in some tennis courts late at night. We saw it later that night flying towards the city centre. If I recall there were other reports of people seeing it for like 3 days after. I'm sure aliens and their UFO's aint real. Edit - I even think I found a video, you'll need your brightness up to see it slowly moving through the clouds. I wouldn't even believe this hadn't I had seen it for myself all those years ago.
