Haha, I mentioned it because unlike the other ones I didn’t know when it was conceived, though I had always assumed it was written late in the album process cause I think we didn’t know anything about it until it was revealed.

Honestly at this point I find the changes she made to the album in 2013 more fascinating than all the 2012 tracks she left behind. If I remember well DWUW was a solo track for the longest time, Sexxx Dreams apparently had a Robin Thicke feature for some time, Venus was a very very very late addition and all the changes the songs went through, especially post Swinefest.

There apparently is another song that was made during recovery called "Gaze".

The song is most likely about how Lady Gaga stated that after she broke her hip, she went into a "gazing process" with her music. This is when a lot of the refinements to the 2012-early 2013 versions of songs happened. Some people apparently have the song (according to the wiki).

(Also, don't forget Posh Life, unless you were only referring to songs that made the album, that is.)

I agree that 2013 is probably when the album took form as we know it today, they had to decide what to keep and finish and what to scrap.

It is a myth that she had a completely different album that she scrapped in favor of what she eventually released though.

Do you know when fashion! was created?  I remember being shook when the tracklist was revealed because it was the only song that hadn’t been revealed prior in some way so obviously there’s a reason for it (she either didn’t like it or it was a last minute addition)

The “decay of the blonde” concept is still there on MJH, IWBWY which was later changed into Dope, Donatella, DWUW, Princess Die which was probably cut off due to possible controversy, Swine...

Yes I know it's still there but a whole album about that would have been dope, instead of mixing things up. Still a good album, don't get me wrong.
