But don't mix it with 3D style it looks like a 2000 3D movie And it is not fluid at all. Film studios have to evolve if they want to keep existing. It's fine if you like Ghibli's hand-drawn style, but the studio won't survive for much longer if it sticks to it indefinitely. Western Animation - yes, but the conventional 2D anime (Japanese animation) is still popular.
