I imagine it wasn't the first time this happened, but he finally had it with some people on the set not being careful enough. He's right about that people who break protocols jeopardise the other people's jobs.

The movie was already shut down once for Covid cases amongst crew members, so I totally get his reaction - he's already lost millions on this project. Some might think this was way too violent - I don't think so, one shouldn't joke with these things. I work in the film industry as well and I ****ing hate it when people around me don't take those rules seriously - our jobs are literally depending on it. I wish we all had a Tom Cruise on set to have the balls to put those people in their place :applause:

Modern Ecstacy

I mean, if it's really such a big deal then they shouldn't even be filming in the first place?

There's so many people and they are all so close to each other.

no they cant be aggressive towards you. workplace safety legislation does not allow it.  its 2020 and abuse, in any form, is unacceptable. This isn't 1930:green:

you're perfectly allowed to yell at employee as long as it isn't a about a protected class, which in that case is considered as harassments and not abuse. Look at bill gates and steve jobs who were known to be verbally abusive and nasty bosses.

the workplace isn't a safe place like the classroom where you can run to your parents, it's called adulting
