Who knows what's going on with Interscope or where the hold up actually is. But it does seem like there isn't much label push from them these days. I mean Billie has new music out, but you don't really sense it. Olivia Rodrigo is crushing it, but her success seems more organic than anything. Gaga and BLACKPINK are on the same label though, at least for the US market, so you would think it would be easier to sync up promo. And maybe that's what it is.
