Britney's mom claims Britney's relationship with her dad is toxic

According to the New York Times Britney's mom Lynne said Britney's relationship with Jamie is "toxic" at the last hearing. Lynne also stated she believed it was "time to start fresh". Lynne revealed she also believed Jamie should be removed as conservator.

The article even referenced that Jamie's had referred to his daughter as a "race horse", who "has to be treated like one".

Lynne's lawyers at the hearing stated "it has broken Lynne's heart that things have come to this point".

At the last hearing Britney's request to having Jamie suspended was not accepted, however her choice of Conservator of her estate was appointed - but only as a co-conservator with Jamie Spears.

Britney's lawyer revealed that Britney has told him on numerous occasions that she is afraid of her father, her lawyer also stated he will be filing to remove Jamie Spears as conservator.

It was also revealed Britney has not spoken to her father in a long time, since he attacked one of her sons and a restraining order was granted preventing Jamie Spears going anywhere near Britney's children from the next few years.
