Any new roads/tunnels/bridges/traffic solutions are met with protests/objections. I think people with also take issue with yet more cars/emissions, whether they be in the sky or on the road. I mean, the way things are going for flying cars, I think actual planes will be more advanced and popular faster than a flying car can be created. I agree with you, I don't think there is a need for a vehicle that can fly and go on a road. Unless we find a way to have a car that can actually take off from the road, I think things like the flying taxi in Dubai are much more promising for the future of transportation. The only advantage of a flying car is solving the crowded roads problem, but it solves that and creates a whole bunch of other problems If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.
