Obese is a medical term, using the BMI. So this is not fatshaming, this is a medical fact and correct to call Trump obese. 

If Anderson called him a "fat turtle", yes that's fatshaming. But obese is a medical term, so not an issue here.

Fat shaming is an act of bullying, singling out, discriminating, or making fun of a fat person.
